At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and digital items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
